Stuck in Gorham NH need an advice for an auto shop

Hi

I need an advice.

My Volvo 850 wagon 1995 stopped working in Gorham New Hampshire this Saturday. The battery died and maybe the alternator.

Need to town it somewhere Monday morning and get repaired. Everything is closed during the weekend.

I really want to come back in Canada with my wife and my three kids very soon.

I found 2 places:

Just towed to Getaway Automotive.

Seems to be the Volvo specialist here. Usuallly booked 2 weeks in advance... The guy said he will look at the car this morning, but maybe not be able to repair it today.

Well, we're lucky. The owner was so nice. He found the problem (alternator), find an used parts in Belin et repaired the car in the morning.

I highly recommend Getaway automotive. He works on Volvo and he knows them very well.

But sadly, two hours after that, a Subaru guy hit us behind on US 2 North in Vermont. He did'nt stop in the working zone.
Our Volvo died there.
