855T5R Bogs down when the throttle is pushed

Im working on a costemers car. 1995 T5R has BSR ecu upgrade, complete 3 inch exhurst, bigger fuel regulator. that should be around 330hp
i just completede mounting an IPD Larger intercooler, IPD Intake spacer, modded Intake with 960 throttle body, a costum RIP intercooler hose setup, Turbo control valve insted of the 3 way valve, IPD CBV blue spring, IPD MSD ignition coil, Later model Exhurst manifold Japan made?.

When it came here i had a blown intake turbo at the throttle body.

Now it bogs down and dosent really want to go forward when i apply a little throttle.
when i came back to my shop and was looking to see if any of the Intercooler pipes was blown of and they wherent until i lit up the throttle it blew the upper intercooler hose off at the intercooler.

I just flused the tranny and was going drive around the block to the fluid nice an hot to check the oil level, but this happend.

Any ideas i have not really looks into it anymore because it was very late.

Im thinking the new type Turbo control valve dosent work on this model car?

human error, i have pulled the fuel regulator vacum line when i was flushing the transmission
