Hi, new member here. My name is Paul and I'm from Evanston, IL. I just bought a 1995 850 Turbo this morning with 92K from a little dealer in Chicago. This is my third Volvo (the other 2 were S80's) and I hope it lasts a long time.
I did two different searches about Volvos in the past few hours and both times this site popped up first. I figured I better join.
Looking forward to learning a lot here in the coming days, weeks and months.

Welcome, you'll find that this site has a plethora of good information, and extremely helpful members that can basically teach you how to build an engine from the ground up, all online. I can't tell you how many times MVS has helped me. If you would, post some pictures of your car? 92k! Must have been a weekend driver only, I got mine with 125 and it was still in great condition, and so far no big problems yet **knock on wood.
