94 960 heater blower

94 960 heater blower

I recently bought a 94 960 and air flow from the heater blower seems restricted.I can hear the blower speed increase as I increase the settings,but there is barely any air coming from the vents.It also seems like direction selector isn"t working.

If your vents are vacuume controlled, the servos could have failed. very common... many posts on this forum.
