Car won't start

My Volvo, 95 850 turbo, won't start. It sounds like it wants to crank but won't. I checked for my engine codes and came up with:

1-2-4
2-1-3
2-1-4
1-4-2
2-3-1
1-2-2
1-3-2

Could it just be the fuel pump?

Im a lil confused, so does the engine turn over but wont start, or does it not turn over at all ? If its not turning over then start with your basics, battery voltage, connections, etc.
