Hello
Can any one please tell me hoe to fix error codes ECM 715 and 716 D. The car is a 2000 Volvo s80, 141k on the mileage.

Your ECM (engine control module) has detected a high temperature. Codes are the same as P1637 & P1638
In other words the ECM circuit board itself has been overheated.

There is a black box on the left side of the car as you look under the hood. Both the ECM and TCM live under that box. It should be ventilated. Check the piping at the back and have a look around for anything that you think might cause poor cooling/airflow.
