The main trick is to re-connect everything just like it was before,only with a new insert(pump).You can't go wrong on this.You should take a picture of the connections & connectors from your old insert(pump) and just hand it over onto the new pump.DurangoStang wrote:...however, the photos only show the top of the pump insert, and not how anything goes together at the bottom of the assembly, including the check valve.
There could be some minor modifications about inserting a new pump into the old housing,but...generally everything should be connected & matched like it was with the old pump,and that's the whole story.
