S40 Fuel Pump

My car is putting out engine code P0089 and my fuel pump is making a whining noise. Can anyone tell me where to go for parts? I checked a couple Volvo parts places and one said I needed a new harness also to install it and the outher 2 places knew nothing of it. Also any helpful hints to replacing it would be great. Thank you

I believe the web site you suggest is the one that said I need another harness that the others new nothing about. I can;t tell now because it will not load the fuel pump again. Does anyone know if the harness is a must or someone wanting you to buy it?
