reduced engine performance warning light

So i scanned for codes and retrieved P2135, P0638, P2721 which i looked up and seems to be all pointing towards the ETM. However I also retrieved a P3501 which I don't know what that could be. Any one have any ideas on that one. By the way the car drives somewhat after inspecting and adjusting the ETM but the "Reduced Engine Performance" message still remains and I am unable to get higher than 3500 RPMs.
