Do anybody know where the EVAP system or evap shutoff valve RELAY is located?

It's the red relay numbered 103(on top) in the fuse box.

103 is the Fuel pump relay. What do you mean by EVAP shutoff relay, what do you want to shut off?

I'm talking about evap canister shut off valve.

The canister is a vacuum part and does not shut off to my knowledge. What you are trying to accomplish? Do you have some engine/CEL code that you are trying to fix?

The shutoff valve is located next to the charcoal canister which is near the fuel filter in front of the passenger side rear wheel.
