Alarm with remote start install

I'm thinking of getting and installing a car alarm with remote start for my 95 850, anyone have any experience with the installation of them?
I'm not looking at a particular brand yet so suggestions are much appreciated, Kent

The device, no matter which brand, is only a good as the installers. Most of the aftermarket installers are butchers that just hack the crap out of the wiring harness. Here is the mess I took out of my son's 850 after it wouldn't crank at all.

How hard are they to install into a Volvo? I have installed one in my 2001 F-350 and a 99 Pontiac GA without too much difficulty.

Until you get into the chipped keys they really aren't any more difficult than any other car. Your '95 doesn't have a chipped key.

Thanks Ozark Lee, is there anything "special" with a Volvo install vs. a domestic install, like I need a specific interface?

I've had one on my car for a bit over a year now. It's a Python brand, same as Viper, and half a dozen other rebranded remote start kits. The remote start part wasn't that difficult, but getting it to work with the factory keyless entry/alarm was a bit of a challenge. There's a diagram of the relays/diodes I cobbled together to make it all work in one of the dozen or so remote start threads on here already.
