1998 S70 DIY tune up help

Hello, I have a 1998 S70 with 128k . I would like to perform my own tune up. I am capable and have correct tools etc. But if I could get some posts letting me know what parts should be changed for a proper tune up and where to buy them that would be great

At 128K if you are overdue for the 120K service you are looking at plugs, wires, rotor, cap, air filter, fuel filter, and standard oil service. It would also bee a good idea to flush the transmission with new fluid. At 140k you are due for the timing belt - it would be good praactice to change the timing belt idler and serpentine accessory belt (providing it was changed at 70K).

If you could give us a little more info about the history of what's been done to the car over the last 50K or so, we could be a little more specific on what has to be changed and what's "nice" to change.
