Hi All,
I'm planning on to flush/replace the coolant in my S80, 2.9L 2001. I can't the bleeder valve. I did a few research and found out that most Volvo do not have bleeder valve. I'm unable to confirm if mine have it or not?
If there is no bleeder valve on the s80 then what method should I use to remove air from the coolant system? Any advice is greatly appreciate.
Thanks,
Thien
Does S80, 2.9L Non Turbo have coolant bleed valve?

It does not. The car will "burp" any excess air into the expansion tank once you run it.
When the thermostat opens, the water will find its way through the system and empty the reservoir at least once. Just refill it and keep an eye on it for the next 2-3 days.
