Would a dirty oxygen sensor cause a random misfire cynider 4?

No. Bad plug, wire, injector, or low compression.

Its been a problem for awhille. I have replaced plugs wires distributor cap rotor checked the injectors by switching 3 and 4. Sometimes check engine light is off for awhile but it always comes back. Confused

So no misfire on 3 when you switched injectors?

Time to run a compression test.
