Swap '03 manual parts onto '04 auto?

Hi,

I have an 04 s60 automatic and i want to swap body parts onto it from an '03 s60 manual. Are the panels swappable? (hood, fenders, namely?)

Also, i would like to use the manual transmission from the 03 with the axles of the 04 (the motor doesn't matter to me, I'm going to mate an electric motor to the transmission.)

Can I do this with these vehicles or are they not compatible?
