How is the steering fluid level? It could be the o-rings at each fluid line connecting at the rack.

You may want to scrub it all clean very well first. Check the fluid level, top it, and then take some frequent photos to capture change cause by the leak.

A quick show of driveaxle seal on passenger side, totally dry. cn90 discusses the anatomy of the seal in a pertinent post.
This seal was replaced around 2012 thanksgiving

Thanks for the picture xHeart. I ordered 2 of the seals from Tasca, since the driver's side is probably wearing at the same rate.

Any suggestions on the "leaking" axle? A new axle from Raxles is ~$160 shipped. New boots are obviously much cheaper (alot more time involved for me, though). I will take a look at the axle pictured again this weekend - the leak near that boot doesn't really look/feel like grease to me. Might be something else leaking from above.

Regarding the "power steering leak" - is it common for those orings to go bad? I tossed them in the Tasca order just in case, considering they are only $3. I will clean that off this weekend as well.

I also learned (via other threads) that those swaybar bushings are vulcanized to the swaybar. There wasn't much play, so regardless of how they look I am going to leave them alone.

I am going to replace the control arms with Lemfoerder asap (have to save some money ha) - the bushings are squishy as a rubber duck. No play in the balljoints, though.

My fiance (car's owner) lives in Towson, and I live in Columbia, so I can really only work on the car on weekends. Makes it more difficult..

Several of the leaks, even the potential PS one, look like they could be spray from the axle. I'd clean it all up when you do the axle job, then see what comes back. Even if it is a PS leak one thing to establish is how fast it is leaking. High mileage and Stop-leak transmission fluids are a good option in this case. This is the ONLY place on the vehicle I would ever use a stop-leak product. Search for posts by Ozark Lee on the topic.

A leaky CV (axle) boot will make a mess, it is thick goopy grease. Agreed it looks like it comes from above.

Hydraulic mount looks fine, if the crack was damaging then it would leak hydraulic fluid. Sagging is your best indicator there.

Perfect. Thanks - I will update if there are further problems after replacing the output seal and PCV system.

Everything that is on your rack is coming from the rear main leak dripping from the weep hole at speed. I have the rear main leak as well and plan on finally taking care of it next month.
I can see the accumulation of oil all the way behind the subframe, onto the unibody by the catalytic converter. Mine actually goes all the way to the rear of the car.
The hydraulic engine mount looks a little dry rotted, but not leaking anything, so not bad.
