2001 V70 Transmission Slipping P0740 P0735

I figured I better start a new post, as these issues have evolved.

My tranny is slipping and won't go for more than 10 minutes or on any sort of an incline. This is what I have done:
1- Lower tranny mount (it was trashed)
2- Drain and fill until fluid is clean/clear
3- B4 Servo Cover

Codes now read out to P0740 (torque converter clutch) and P0735 (gear 5 issues).

I also have the following read-outs on lower left dash: transmission service urgent, engine system service required, bulb failure position light.

The cruise control also doesn't work.

Do I just give up and realize this thing needs a new transmission before I spend any more money? Anyone ever had any success with these codes and NOT had to have replaced the tranny? THANKS!
