Hi, I have a severe leak coming from somewhere around the back of my engine. I filled up the reservoir, went around the block, and checked my levels as soon as I pulled in, and my reservoir was drained completely.
I took some video of where the leak was hitting.
The shiny pool is the one that was dripping when I pulled in; the other one was from before.
Does anyone have an idea what it could be?

That's a great post and is likely exactly your problem.
I haven't toyed with an XC, but the docs make it look real similar to the other FWD turbos. So, it should have some little rubber hosts between the turbo banjo bolt stubs and the cooling pipes for both inlet and outlet -- be sure to replace both! If you don't, the one you don't replace will probably die soon enough, as they are both exposed to a lot of heat back there.
Made that mistake once...

This is why I already bought a Volvo Coolant Hose for Turbo (PN 6842190 is $8 at dealer, do NOT use aftermarket stuff!).
I plan to do this on a preventive basis when the weather is better.
