I was going to suggest the same vise grip, but the 7WL goes no smaller than 11mm.

I did buy one of those, but since I've already rounded the fitting I will need to go smaller.
When I get back to that caliper, I plan on picking up the 4wl seen here.

Thanks all for the great information and suggestions. We got 'er done! Got 'er did . . . you know!

We ended up finding that the passenger side fitting had been buggered up from a previous owner. Just couldn't see the damage from the top. The driver's side was a 7/16", and with the assistance of the trusty torch, broke loose pretty quickly. I ended up using a small long-nose ViseGrip (4LN) since it has a depression on it that could grip that other nut and that with some coercion from a torch did the trick. Guess if he keeps the car much longer, we'll end up putting a new fitting on the one side.

Again, we very much appreciate everyone's input!
