Rubbing noise when turning

Its not the tyre's off the arch ....

When turning sharp left or right, back or forward its sounds like rubber being twisted? While turning the steering will then kick and I can hear a bang

If turning left going forward the steering will pull its self in tight??

Any idea's

Had the same situation in my s80. Found out the incorrect steering stops were on the control arms. Put the right ones on....big dif.

Tie rod need replacing alright

Its the bang while turning sharp is what im worried about.....

is it s shock turning to far and kicking back due to the wrong stops??

can you take a pic of the stops....and your tire/wheel size...as this determines the stops that are recommended

Hi sorry for the late reply

New stop sorted the issue..they were so far gone the wheel was hitting the anti-roll bar an that was the bang :/
