Any leads on the best places to find used R manifolds or the "Japan" manifolds.... ? It looks like they have part numbers on them any way you could post them in case I come across something online for sale?

I found my R header here in the Classifieds. Alternately, I've read 2.5l headers flow just as well as R.

Perfect!!! I have been asking this question all to myself, and decided to search prior to posting. I have a '98 V70 T5 with the stock 16T, and I found a couple of the 'R' manifolds pn#30637921 that I want to buy so that I may directly replace my stock cracked one. It should bolt right up, correct???

From what I know the only problem is the heat shield! The old heat shield does not match the new R manifold!

Just google "Which Heat Shield To Use With R Manifold?"

Awesome, keep your eyes open on eBay. I managed to score an R manifold for about 85 bucks, which is a steal. I only need the time to mount it on my 2.4T :)
