240 suspension

Hi, I own a 240 1989 Volvo. Recently I replace suspension with the 240 lowered suspension kit on Ipd i also replased all of the bushings, ball joints and control arms. Now its been several months of driving on it and I notices clicking when I accelerate and or take a very sharp turn. The noise is definitely metal to metal. I thought it was the differential hitting the body but when I place it on the lift there was no sign of contact. What could be the possible clicking noise?

Hi dan where is the clinking noise coming from? A big part of servicing these old cars was tightening suspension bolts, front cross member and rear torque arm in particular.
