Wheel Spacers

Hello All, I'm a new volvo owner ('99 V70 2.4 FWD). I'm fixing up a neglected wagon and upgrading the Wheels and tires with a set of 17x8 rims and 235x55x17 tires. The front tires are hitting the strut assembley, so I'll need to add spacers, 10mm should work. I tried finding them in 3 local parts stores and on line, but had no luck. I did see the Eibach units, but they were overkill, and included studs, which I don't need. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
