I think you guys are mistaken, if you are trying to imply that this picture was taken in China at a plant that's manufacturing for the brands who's logos are visible in the background.
In the description of the picture it says "Prof. Dr. Wan Gang visited Schaeffler AG" & while I haven't seen a lot of chinese market spec heavy equipment, said logos are on the tarp of a trailer that looks very typically european market spec, I'm quite certain the picture was taken in Germany when Mr. Wan was visiting there.
Nevertheless, it's quite reasonable to assume that Mr. Wan visited Schaeffler because they have or are planning to establish a substantial presence in China...
