Cleaning the MAF

Cleaning the MAF

I want to try to clean the MAF, to hopefully eliminate the misfire codes. How do I do this?
1998 V70, 337K miles

Take it out and use MAF cleaner.

FWIW I've had 2 MAF failures and cleaning didn't help.
