Cam and or timing belt replacement

Hi all,

I have a 2001 S60 T5 which I have had for 15 months, has 105,000 on the clock of which 30,000 I have done since I've owned her.
I know it's got to be due if not way overdue but what are the mileage recommendations for a cam and or timing belt replacement?

I haven't got any paperwork to tell me if and when it was last replaced?

Timing belt due NOW (it's late for time) so you may as well replace the drivebelt now too.
Really no extra labor just the belt price.
Don't forget to replace ALL the tensioners
