98 s70 t5 a/c o-rings

Post by cjbmustang »

is there a list of o-ring part numbers (by location) or a kit that i can buy?

I'm replacing all of the major components except for the compressor itself?

volvopartswebstore has a microfiche, but it looks very cluttered and hard to read. fcp no longer sells an o-ring kit for the car.

I need o-rings for.....

Evaporator
-pipe closest to pass side fender: QTY:
-pipe closest to driver side fender: QTY:

orifice
-rear: QTY:
-front: QTY:

Junction on pass. side frame rail: QTY:

Condenser
-Inlet(driver): QTY:
-outlet(pass.): QTY:

Drier

-outlet: QTY:

i'll update this as i find the correct part numbers...not sure if this will be useful to others

The eeuro diagram is the one I used, it is great!

Replace every Oring you see - they cost about a buck, and each leak you don't fix costs you 20 USD minimum in R134A charge.
