I will double check with my mechanic, but he changed the first one when I got the car at around 170,000. Then I learned about this site and did the second one myself at around 205,000, a little late. Looks like it should be do for another in the near future.

Probably for you there mine is pretty rare...it an 1995/1996 850 2.0 T5 wagon that was only made for and available at Italian market...it a 2.0 turbo 211HP (I made few mods and 2 different dinos showed max 246 HP... For Italy Volvo decreased engine capacity because of crazy high taxes for cars above 2.0.

I have a 98 v70, non turbo with a 5 speed manual. Built in Belgium, driven in Belgium, then shipped here when owner moved to Canada. Car is all metric in gauges, which most N/A cars have both imperial and metric on the gauges. Makes it a challenge to keep the speeds correct when traveling stateside.

They're all categorised as convertibles with no coupe figures published; typo or exclusion? Who knows...

What if my odometer on my 850 R stopped at 153,000 miles.. Only one owner? I'm joking. Really interested in how to fix dash light on instrument panel, kind of a necessity when night driving. Just glad the Turbo still works. The spoiler did come off while traveling, and we were relieved it wasn't a tire. I haven't found anything that has made the spoiler actually stay on.. I finally. Removed in, and installed a back light in the rear window to pass safety inspection. It was very simple and east to wire through the trunk. Other issues.. A/C and heater. It dies have low profile rims and tires. I have replaced the originals. They were actually recalled because of too many damage issues. If they were too cold, or not properly inflated they were extremely fragile and would pop. Any questions and I will share the size if tire and rim that has been the most successful. Also, many have not mentioned, the 96 does have winter/ wet all wheel drive, and limited edition Ostrich suede/ leather seats. I have the original brush that came with the car to use on the seats . I do not recommend dealers, but have had much success with local small garages that specialize in Volovo repair. I am new to the site, and am glad to have found it! Thanks for the useful information !
