My renter's insurance deductible is more than I lost. I won't be claiming anything.

I'm happy, and cleaning.

Hurray! Glad you found it in one piece and with nothing broken or gutted from it.

Sorry about the tools though. Apparently, Denver is just not a place for you to have nice things. :(

nor Richmond, nor Huntsville, nor Redding, nor Bangor, etc. etc.
Car getting stolen and sellable stuff taken happens everywhere. I don't think Denver is in the top 50 on that list.

I was referring more to Matt's stroke of bad luck with having things stolen.

... two bikes in the last 6 months, one with sentimental value.

I was down to my longboard skateboard for a while there. And at my age, my body was crying after using it.

Yep, that t-shirt says "FELON". You can't make this stuff up.

Being the helpful types, they generously took time to apply an iPD sticker I had in the glovebox. Nice and straight, great location. Only one problem: it's on the wrong side of the glass.

Also, typical of a junky, one quit halfway through the difficult job of removing one of the Volvo "$5000 Reward if this Car is Stolen" stickers.

Looks like a couple homeless junkies.. your luck with tools has not been good lately here.

Glad you got your ride back though.

Glad you got your car back. Sounds like you might even have an identity of one of the thieves -- how weird! It's a shame that some of your stuff was stolen, but thankfully, the car is back in decent condition. :)
