how do i change the serp belt in front of car?

You'll need a serpentine belt tool with a 3/4 drive attachment, or the serp belt tool iPD sells. Insert the tool into the tensioner, and roll it back to loosen the belt. Now that the tension is off the belt, slip it off. Installation is the reverse of removal

A 3/4 drive is all you need. Insert the socket into the square on the tensioner, pull clockwise. Tension is released. Then slip the belt off. Should take you 5 minutes. Easy Peasy!

Just keep track of the direction the belt goes... There have been a few times now where I was saved by a pic I took before I pulled the belt...
