I am having some wierd boost issues on my HPT manual coupe C70. I start the car and everything is fine good vacuum on boost gauge and no idle issues no codes present. The car drives great until i go into WOT or full boost. If im in 2nd gear and go WOT it shoots up to 10 psi and then around 4k RPMS it goes down to 5-6 psi. Then the car will idle and run like shit until i reset the code P01238 TCV fault or disconnect the battery. Here is video.

List of parts changed or cleaned or checked.
MAf( had a maf code at first and i changed the maf and that went away for good and never comes back)
TCV( i upgraded to IPD's HD valve and still same issue I put OEM one back on and still same issue)
Took ETM off and cleaned( was not really dirty at all)
Took all intercooler piping off and cleaned and inspected. Nothing wrong
Tried to adjust the stock 16t wastegate and it was starting to crack open at 4psi like its supposed too.
Changed all fluids everywhere( wasnt going to fix the problem but did it because i wanted too.
Cleaned BAP sensor, IAT sensor, and MAF again
Spark plugs (OEM volvo ones)

What i think is next
CBV leaking or something.
BAP is sending wrong signal to ECU and causing issues.
Maybe my ETM is electronically screwed even though it looks new(yellow lable on it)
Engine not getting enough fuel and sending to limp mode.

I want to next find a data logger or get the torque app for my phone to read stuff going on when this happens.

Shot in the dark. I have had similar symptoms in the past. Maybe some issues with intercooler or vacuum hoses? Not fully reinstalled or holes not evident at idle but open up at boost?
