There is a short coolant hose behind the engine on the passenger side being fed from the overflow tank. I noticed it was swollen and went to the dealership to get a replacement. They couldn't find it on their diagram and suggested I just replace it with a generic coolant hose. Well, it burst and drained the overflow tank on the way home. It looks like the hose swelled enough to touch a nearby engine bolt and burst at the point of contact.
I was able to get some 1/2" ID hose from NAPA to get back on the road, but the ID is over-sized. Does anyone know the actual part number or dimensions? My other 70 series cars also have this issue. Thanks.

It is usually the other way around, the INLET hose bursts first, then OUTLET hose.
Whatever you do replace both!
PS: For Outlet hose, I used a fuel hose I had laying around in my garage.
For Inlet hose, use Volvo OEM hose only.
