1994 Volvo 850 ( Stall then no start )

Im still working on the issue, however someone brought up that if the cam jumped a notch on the belt this could stop the car, Is this true? would the car still at least try to start, or not. And i know the damage possible if the cam jumped, Im not sure if it did or didnt, but I need to check.

although im not 100% sure i have broken valves, or damage due to cam timing, im looking for information to help me replace these if need be. such as everything ill need, time it takes, and everything i should replace.

What are the results of diagnosing spark at the plugs?

You have to be systematic at troubleshooting ..ignition, fuel, engine mechanical....in that order.

Spark plugs and wires check out. However, should i be getting battery voltage to the main lead from ignition coil?

A car needs 5 things to start; air, fuel, compression, timing, and spark.
