6 Month Replacement Warranty
All Mechanical Used Parts from Southern Vo-Vo are covered with a 6 Month Replacement Warranty. This covers defective parts only. The replacement part will be sent at no additional charge when proof of purchase (copy of Receipt or Invoice) is received and defective part is returned.
Warranty Policy:
Southern Vo-Vo Inc. Replacement Warranty is made to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. This Limited Warranty is limited to defects in materials and workmanship of the product as supplied by the manufacturer. Your warranty period begins on the date of purchase. We will warrant the original part as long as you own the vehicle on which the part was originally installed.
Refunds:
Southern Vo-Vo Inc. reserves the right to refund your money instead of replacing a part.
What is not covered:
This warranty does not cover parts that fail as a result of improper installation, misuse, abuse or the failure of another part. Parts installed for use on off road vehicles, racing or competition use have no warranty. Parts modified for use or installed for use other than their original design and application have no warranty. This Limited Warranty does not cover miscellaneous expenses including labor costs for removal and installation of a defective part, materials, lost time or wages, towing, lift, dock or storage fees. This 6 month warranty does not cover parts sold that are discounted due to defects or sold "as is" (a 30 day Warranty will apply).
