1998 V70 T5 Need help with vac line routing

My main problem is this: The diagram sticker on my car and the web only shows two lines coming off the manifold but there is three lines not two. One is the fuel return, one to a check valve then purge valve but where does the third go to?

Here is a picture of the third hose?

On my 98 V70 GLT, that line routes back to a nipple down at the base of the fresh air pipe, right next to the PTC.

Heh. I wonder if my V70 (AWD essentially a GLT with lots of added uselessness) has the line. It could trigger a p0171 if it were no good right? In an earlier post I was getting confused because I thought the connection I was looking at at the PTC was that line from the left side of the engine but I bet it is this turkey. Hope it's still light when I get home tonight.

For clarity: the line from the left side of the intake manifold connects directly to the PTC, this turkey is a nipple at the base of the PTC. The one front and center here:
