2000 V70 Rear Spoiler installation bolts

I have a Volvo OEM spoiler kit that I am trying to install on my 2000 V70. I've run into a problem replacing the lower screw on the hinge. The longer screws that came with the kit are m8 x 1.25 (coarse thread). The original screws are M8 - 1.00 (fine thread). These were the only pair of M8 bolts that came with the kit. Has anyone else run into this problem? I haven't been able to track down the correct bolts.

If it's a new, sealed factory kit, they all should be there

It is a new factory kit. The screws that are there do not fit. I replaced the smaller diameter screws with the longer pair but the larger diameter M8 screw the kit came with has coarse thread and the car has fine thread. The local dealer ordered me a pair of screws. They screws that came from the dealer were coarse thread as well. I've looked around online and haven't been able to find any M8 socket head cap screw with 1mm thread pitch.

The kit comes with 2 different pairs of screws depending on chassis number but as far as what I have neither pair fits.

I used this bolt http://www.boltdepot.com/Metric_socket_ ... ected=6688 on my 98. It's a m6x20. On the back side I captured the bracket with a flanged m6 nut.
