p0410 97 960 question

Hey I have a 1997 960 that is throwing the p0410 code. I checked all the fuses and relays and they are all fine. However the pump itself is not getting voltage....It will work if i jump it directly from the battery. Can anyone help me as to where the next place I should look? thanks.

Yes I did as much research as I could before posting. But none of that discussion helped. I am trying to get voltage to the air pump. The relay and fuses are good. Pump works when jumped... Will there only be voltage on start up? Thanks

Check the control valve. There should be vacuum hoses coming out of then connections to the ECU.

The system only works for up to 50 seconds on cold starts.
How do you know the relay is good?
