When you get home tonight, flip the rear seat backs forward, pull back the carpet and take off the access plate to the pump. Inspect the flexible lines for cracks and if there is any gasoline around the large plastic bunge, suspect that you will need a new seal. You can start it up and see if it leaks while the engine is running. Try not to bend the wires too much, they are old.

I doubt that you are leaking when your tank is low, that would mean a hole in the tank. More than likely, the float in the sender is sticking a bit and taking its time to fall to the correct level.

If the turbo cuts out at 3000, it hasn't even begun to spool up yet. My 1995 854T didn't get good torque until 3000 and started to loose power close to 5200. I suspect the blow off valve rubber diaphram is cracked. If you are using regular gas, the knock sensors will limit you also. You must have 91+ octane to go over 5000.

There are 2 access panels under the trunk carpet, just behind the rear seats. The one on the driver's side of the car is the fuel pump, the other one on the passenger side is for the fuel level sender.

I wonder if your fuel filter is almost clogged and causing too much pressure between the pump and the filter... regardless, you need to determine the leak. Perhaps it is only leaking when the tank is almost full, in that case it will be the seal.

The Blowoff valve rests on the turbo. Close to the firewall, it has a vacuum line connected to it. It also has a metal activator rod.

now today I checked again and come to find out I am having smoke coming from the dipstick just a little bit not like it was .
and I also noticed a little bit of oil which I did an oil change as well last night . on top of my spark plug cover .

now why would it still be doing this ????
I thought it would fix the so called problem but looks like it is still lingering .

what should I do now ???
I also noticed that when I pulled my dipstick out that there was this creamy thick substance on my dipstick . what would that be from ???
