1973 164E WANTED: Heater control valve

Is anyone able to part out a heater control valve for this car? I'm a bit skeptical about the kit that is being sold to replace the old style valve. I've seen some bad views regarding the kit. I would be willing to buy an original valve as long as there are no indications of leaks. Photo attached shows the control valve in my car. It appears to be a different valve from the 240, but I wonder if the later valves from the 240 would still work in this application. And yes I did finally see how the valve installs. Thanks for the help!
