2013A VIDA Install on Win XP Pro SP3 OS?

I am preparing to buy a Dice with VIDA.

All of the E-Bay Dice/VIDA combos come with VIDA 2013A and claim to only work on Windows 7 Professional. Every other VIDA version I have seen works on Win XP Pro SP3.

Does anyone know if I could install the VIDA 2013A package on a computer running Win XP Pro SP3, or can it truly only be installed to Windows 7 Pro?
