Hah. My Honda wouldn't start below 15F...and spending a couple weeks with my mother's Honda, learned that it doesn't like it either

Toyota made a horrible racket at 1F this morning, but it ran.

The others in the family besides the Volvo are 'Merican, and don't seem to care much at all.
