1997 850 Flashing arrow then not starting

I drove 18 hours down to Florida for the holidays, had no problem, drove back up north and stopped off at someone's house for about 2 hours where the car stood in freezing temperatures. I was driving back home through the rain when I had the arrow started flashing and the car would not accelerate (like it was stuck in a lower gear [it is automatic]). I drove the 30 minutes home and decided to look at it in the morning, thinking there might be something wrong with the pnp. In the morning the car wouldn't start (I can feel the engine cranking, but it isn't firing).

If I keep the key turned for about a minute, it will eventually fire a few times (although rough) and then die (even if I push on the accelerator). The only code showing up was p0410 (Secondary Air Injection System Malfunction). Reading into that, others have changed or deleted the SAS and don't have any more problems. Most of those cars were still able to run (albeit poorly), and they didn't mention anything about it not starting at all. Has anyone had a similar problem or any idea of where to start?

Last time i had a no start was due to a faulty fuel pump relay, you could try swapping it with another. when last did you change the fuel filter?
