I was driving my car in the rain one day when I tried turning on the rear windshield wiper, and instead of that happening, the radio turned off. Upon later inspection, the cigarette lighter had also stopped working. I checked the fuse box, and the first fuse, which corresponded to these bits, had blown.
I replaced the fuse, and all worked perfectly again for about 4 days. Again I tried turning on the rear windshield wiper (it wasn't raining, I was just testing) and again the fuse blew.
The second time I had a 3rd party cigarette lighter phone charger in, but the first time nothing was in there. Both times the radio was on. I replaced the fuse and all is working fine for now, but I would like to find whatight be causing the problem. I'm guessing that there is something wrong with the wiper, but I don't know what to make of that information.

Probably a broken wire harness that runs through the tail gate hinge. Open the tail gate and look at the wires that run through channels under each hinge. If you see broken wires, you have your culprit.

Thar she blows! Sure enough one of the wires was split wide open, definetly grounding. Thanks for the reply!

Just an update, its been almost a week since the fix, with no fuse blows. That's a lot longer interval than it had been, I'm fairly sure the problem is fixed, thanks a ton!
