Need TRUSTED Volvo Mechanic North Atlanta

Post by MaddieT »

Looking to find one in the North Atlanta - Forsyth County area. Been having to use Northpoint Volvo (heard they were the least worst of them) for major stuff for my 2004 XC90 2.5T that I adopted October 2010. I've had the BCM replaced Nov 2010 (though it did work the problem was found to be a wire somewhere else! hmmmm recently found a service bulletin dated May 2010 that bcms were replaced unnecessarily!!) and now the exhaust pipe into the turbo to be reweld (by meineke b/c Volvo wanted to just replace everything!). Now I have what I sincerely to be a PCV issue that is a known problem that they think I'm making up becuase a gauge stuck into the dipstick told them it was OK (done while the exhaust pipe was disconnected!!). For some reason, I love my Volvo! I know older cars like mine no matter what manufacturerer have problems. Thanks to anyone who has some sugestions!!!

His shops have a very good reputation from those I know who use them.
