2006, SW80 Wheels studs torque

I need to rotate my tires/wheels and would like to tighten to the factory specs. What is the wheel stud torque requirements in ft. lb.

Factory spec is 140nm or 103lbs/ft.

Would the the torque spec you mentioned be the same for the 1999 S80?
