2009 V50 Powershift failure

I am trying to find out exactly what the official service schedules are in regard to the Powershift gearbox.
I have been told 3 years or 50,000 miles for oil and filter change but am unsure about the 3 year part.

My Powershift box failed big time last night, no reverse, only up to second going forward and Transmission Power Low warning on info centre.
