1998 V90 Electrial Issue Shift lock, Headlights

No turn signals but hazard flashers work.

No headlights but have parking lights -- when I turn on headlights, the dash background lighting goes off as well as the headlight dash indicator. (indicator and backlighting fine with just parking lights on). Bright beams work fine. Seems like I'm drawing a lot of current when turning on headlights? (radio dims a lot etc). Battery is fine and getting 14V when car is running. No power windows, or sunroof function.

Shift lock stays engaged. The shifter will not move when unless I press the lower button

I believe that it's the overload relay, but I don't know where to find it.

Please help

End of the dash (when the driver's door is open) Bottom relay.

Thanks, after some research, I found out it was a faulty ignition switch.

Faulty ignition switch can also cause head light issues.
