Carter, What is part number of ETM you bought?

Same part numbers as in the picture under the barcode they matched ETM I bought perfectly. It is very clean and in perfect condition as far as I can tell. I had to put the old one back in and deal with the losing throttle problem... But at least it idles right.

That means dealer tries to make you to by the brand new one.
Try to find someone with DiCE and I will transfer software from old to new.

Yes that's what he said the only way to fix it is for them to put a new one in and redo the software. I don't know anybody with dice but I found them for sale $100 and will buy if I'm sure this will fix the problem...
Will I need anything else such as cables etc.?

Try to ask on the forum if there is somebody nearby with DiCE.
Remember you need the right clone of the original DiCE (off course original will do too

).

I am still using the old throttlebody and dealing with the issues. Which are rough starts and Idol and no power then I pull the fuse number 23 for the ECM out for 20 seconds put it back in and then it will start and idle fine. I can drive like this for a while then it goes in to the limp mode in which I can only do 15 mph but after 30 seconds to a minute of this and playing with the throttle while driving it kicks back in And drives fine. The new throttle body that I got off of eBay when I put it in it starts but it seems to me like it's running real rich and idles high and rough. Help plz

Actually dealer cannot install an used unit to the car (it is prohibited by strict manufactures rules).
But if you install it yourself and ask dealer to reload ETM's software not saying that is an used one.
That may work.
