The PCV job is really not that bad, just time consuming. The parts cost about $150 but shops usually charge about $600 for the job.
Make sure they use Volvo parts or you will have issues with the system going bad soon.

Thanks Robert. I appreciate the motivation but I watched your video and pretty sure with a $560 quote from a mechanic who only services Volvo is was worth it. Solid chance I f* it up (for example changing the ECT I dropped a ratchet bit last night down by the alternator and needed to fish it out with a wire hanger). Plus he will figure out my p/s and coolant leak.
