Any idea how to deprogram the seat positions?

So you want them to do nothing ? Disconnect the module for a while car is turned off.

If you want them to go to a position put the seat in the position you want ( car on) and then press the MEM button and the number (1, 2or 3) button and hold both down for 3 seconds.
